I am up for new snacking recipes while working at home.
I had been seeing this recipe all over the internet. The recipe looks simple to make and delicious, you just need to cut the Brocolli and Cauliflower into bite-size, dip them in beaten egg and flour and sprinkle some salt and pepper for seasoning, then followed by breadcrumbs before frying or bake them until golden brown and crispy.
I have to say that these poppers amazingly good, super addictive and healthy. You can also dip them in sauces like ranch dressing, etc.
My new favourite snack and perfect meal.
Ingredients :
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups brocolli florets
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
salt and black pepper
