Making pancakes from scratch only requires a few simple ingredients, takes a few minutes to make, and tastes even better compared to box mix.

I am not an expert in cooking just a hungry human that wants healthy alternatives .

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups plain flour
2 ripe bananas,smashed
2 tablespoon brown sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup of water or milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large beaten egg


Mix all together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together egg and bananas. You can add 1 cup of water or milk, in my case I used water as I am avoiding dairy.

Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. And whisk until it’s a bit lumpy or smooth at your own preference.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Scoop using approximately 1/4 cup onto the pan. Cook until pancakes are golden brown.

Finally, serve your pancakes while it’s warm with strawberry and blueberries toppings and your favorite maple syrup!
